An easy and few steps to turn a scarf into a vest.
1.Fold it in half, folded side in one hand, open end in the other.
2.Take those two corners and tie them together twice to create a tight, small knot.
3.Pull apart the open ends.
4.Put your arms through the holes and rock your new scarf-vest
